1. A security check will be conducted for every person entering the event venue.
2. In any case the visitor would not agree to a security check at the entrance, the organizer or his representative has the right to deny entry to the event, without refund of ticket fees.
3. Prohibited items or items found not suitable or safe by the organizer, to use inside the event venue, will not be allowed inside the event area.
4. The organizer will not be responsible in any matter for rejected items at the security check.
5. OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.(BABY – FOOD, MILK, AND CLOTHING IS PERMITTED).
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Dress code: casual/ smart casual/ festival wear. National dress is not permitted.
2. Your ticket voucher does not grant you access to the venue. All ticket vouchers must be scanned & exchanged for a personal entrance wristband.
3. Do not buy tickets from unauthorized resellers like viagogo, dubizzle or strangers – they will not be accepted. Only authorized passes from (Platinum List & Ticmint) are valid for entry.
4. Tickets are non-refundable.
5. Rights of admission reserved; organizer reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. The organizer does not take any responsibility towards loss and/or damage of any personal belongings.
7. The organizer adheres to a zero tolerance policy regarding weapons, aggression, threats, harassment, discrimination, racism, and intoxication.
8. It is strictly forbidden to bring the following things to the event arena: backpacks, professional video-photo and recording equipment; liquids and sprays like deodorant, hairspray, perfume and sun spray (only hand sanitizer allowed); weapons or attributes that can be used as weapons like selfie sticks, glass, fireworks etc.; any form of drinks, food and dandiya sticks.
9. All Food & Beverage sales can be paid with credit card, debit card or mobile pay.
10. By obtaining an admission ticket to the event and/or entering the event venue, the visitor unconditionally consents to the recordings being made and to the processing, publication and use of thereof, in the broadest sense, without the organizer company or any of its affiliated companies being liable to pay any compensation to them at any time.
11. The visitor hereby irrevocably renounces any interest that he could have in the aforementioned recordings. Insofar as the visitor has any copyright, neighboring rights and/or portrait rights to the aforementioned recordings, he hereby unreservedly assigns these rights to the organizer company and hereby irrevocably renounces his personality rights and/or will not invoke these rights.
12. This event is family friendly. Children aged 8 and below can enter free.
13. Alcohol will be served to Adults aged 21 and above only. A dedicated Adult-Only Zone with bar service will be available for Adults. Anyone below the age of 21 will not be allowed to enter this zone. Please carry Valid Legal ID for proof of age.
14. If the above rules are not followed by visitors, the organizer is authorized to evict the visitor from the premises without warning.
15. All other written and unwritten rules apply.

2. This ticket must be produced by the Holder of the ticket at the time of entry into the stadium. The entry gates will open 2.5 hours before the start of the Match.
3. Entry will be refused if the barcode has been tampered with or if the ticket has been defaced/damaged/tampered with in any way.
4. Each entry ticket is valid for one person only and no re-entry will be allowed.
5. The ticket only entitles the Holder to access the area of the stadium in which the relevant seat is located and no other area of the Stadium.
6. The ticket should be produced whenever demanded by IBC, TBC, and their representatives.
7. IBC and TBC reserve the right to search/frisk the holder at any time for security reasons.
8. No item including without limitation like banners or flags etc., displaying commercial logos, which, in IBC`s and TBC`s view, may conflict with the rights of any official sponsor of the match (`Match`), will be allowed into the stadium.
9. Bottles, lighters, cigarettes, tins, cans, musical instruments, flammable, toxic, illegal or hazardous substances, metal containers, umbrellas, sharp objects (such as knives, syringes), cameras, helmets, power banks, selfie sticks, wooden sticks, backpack, coins, firecrackers or weapons are not allowed inside the stadium.
10. No food or alcoholic beverage may be brought into or taken out of the stadium.
11. IBC and TBC shall be entitled to seize any prohibited items (as outlined in paras 7, 8 & 9 above) without liability and without any obligation to return such items or to compensate the Holder in respect thereof.
12. This ticket is strictly not transferable and is for the sole use of the purchaser.
13. This ticket shall not be exchanged, ceded, sold or transferred, whether in a commercial or promotional context (such as, without limitation, as a prize in a lottery or competition or as part of an advertising or promotional campaign), with or without consideration, unless written permission has been previously obtained from IBC and TBC.
14. The use of mobile phones, transistors, computers, cameras or any other audio-visual recording equipment, for recording and/or communication of Match details, statistics, images etc. is strictly prohibited.
15. The Holder acknowledges and consents to the recording of his/her likeness and/or voice and that BCCI is entitled to use and sub-license all rights in respect of such recordings.
16. The Holder will not sell or offer for sale any product or service from any part of the Stadium.
17. IBC and TBC will not be liable to the Holder whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage or for any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, loss of business or contracts or loss of opportunity.
18. The Holder shall not engage in any form of `Ambush Marketing` and shall not conduct in any activity that conflicts with or infringes the rights of any official sponsor or commercial partner.
19. Foul, abusive or any form of discriminatory language (whether on the grounds of race, religion or otherwise), unruly language or any unruly or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
20. Entry onto the field of play at any time and the throwing of any article is strictly prohibited.
21. Refunds will only be made if the match is cancelled without a single round. No other refunds will be made. There is no obligation on IBC and TBC to reschedule the match.
22. Spectators are reminded that any of the language or behaviour referred to in paragraph 18 above or any action in breach of paragraph 19 will result in ejection from the ground and possible further action such as criminal prosecution, identification by way of photographing and/or capturing by the video camera of the images of such persons and life-bans being imposed on such persons.
23. IBC and TBC will not subject to any limitation imposed by law be in any way liable to the Holder for any event, occurrence, or other timing the cause of which is beyond the reasonable control of IBC and TBC.
24. In addition to these conditions, an entry shall be subject to any ground regulations specific to the stadium.
25. Entry into the stadium constitutes the agreement by the Holder to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any stadium regulations which may be displayed at the stadium together with all present and future laws, rules and regulations whilst within the stadium.
26. 2 years and above children required a valid ticket.
27. IBC and TBC reserve the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the stadium after they have entered the ground.
28. Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
29. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
30. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
- Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Ticmint reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
